Who’s sending you messages

Integrated Defensive Solutions, LLC(“IDS”) — a firearms-training academy in Meridian, Idaho. Messages are delivered by our messaging provider (currently Twilio) on carrier-registered 10DLC numbers.

What you’ll receive

• Transactional— confirmations, reminders, prep, schedule changes, cancellations, follow-ups, and waiver/check-in links.
• Marketing— only if you opt in.

Sample messages

• Transactional: “IDS: Your Enhanced CCW class is tomorrow at 9 AM at Double Tapp. Bring water + closed-toe shoes. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Marketing: “IDS: New Pistol 101 dates are open — small groups, beginner-friendly. See: https://integrateddefensive.com/classes Reply STOP to opt out.”

How often

Transactional as needed; marketing up to approximately 4 messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. IDS does not charge you to receive messages.

How you opt in

Checking the SMS box and providing your mobile number constitutes your express written consent to receive automated transactional and marketing texts from IDS. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to cancel; you will receive one confirmation message and then no more. Rejoin any time by opting in again.

Each person consents for themselves

Third parties you book for receive their own link to opt in or decline.

No sharing of opt-in data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing. It is shared only with providers needed to deliver messages (currently Twilio).

Eligibility

U.S. mobile subscribers age 18+. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We will send notice of material changes in advance.
