Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to class and course purchases from Integrated Defensive Solutions, LLC (“IDS”). Membership subscriptions are governed separately (see Membership terms: cancel anytime → 30-day grace → standard ShootTrackPro subscription).

Class cancellations by you
| When you cancel | What happens |

| 2–7 days before class | Reschedule or class credit (default — we’ll confirm your preference). |
| Within 48 hours of class | Reschedule only (no refund). |
| Same day / no-show | No refund and no reschedule. |
- Reschedules: one reschedule per enrollment, within 90 days, subject to availability.
- Class credit is valid for 12 months toward any IDS class and is non-transferable for cash.
Cancellations by IDS
If IDS cancels a class for any reason — weather, range closure, safety, or instructor availability — you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice. You are never penalized for our cancellation.

If you are not satisfied with your training, IDS will continue training you at no additional cost until you are — or, at your choice, provide a refund. Continued training is subject to scheduling availability.
Multi-seat orders & referral credits
- Refunds on multi-seat orders are calculated per seat; cancelling one seat of a multi-seat order refunds that seat per the same windows above.
- Referral and bring-a-friend credits are earned on attendance. Any unearned referral credit is voided if the order is cancelled before attendance.
How refunds are issued
Refunds return to your original payment method via our payment processor (currently Stripe), typically within 10 business days.
Deposits
We do not currently require deposits. If we introduce deposits in the future, any non-refundable terms will be disclosed at checkout before you pay.
Memberships (separate from class bookings)
Membership is cancel-anytime: full access continues for 30 days. After that, membership benefits end and continued ShootTrackPro access reverts to the standard app subscription. Your training data is never deleted. Membership fees already billed are not prorated or refunded for the current period.
ShootTrackPro (STP)
When offered, ShootTrackPro is a software product provided by our affiliate Integrated Defensive Technologies, LLC. Its subscription, cancellation, and refund terms — including any non-refundable portions — are set by that affiliate and stated at the point of sale.
